About the Founder
Jack White is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (Class of 2012) and currently resides in Austin, Texas. Outside of work, he’s an avid supporter of the Texas Longhorns, San Antonio Spurs, and Texas Rangers. Jack is passionate about travel and has previously lived in Germany, Italy, New York City, and Miami—bringing a global perspective to the clients he serves.
JWST (Jack White Software & Technology) Solutions is a boutique software & technology consultancy founded in 2024 to help organizations make smarter decisions around communications, security, and connectivity—without vendor pressure or wasted spend.
Founded by Jack White, JWST Solutions was built on a simple idea: no two businesses are the same, and technology decisions shouldn’t be forced into one-size-fits-all solutions. With an extensive background in CCaaS and contact center sales, Jack brings an insider’s understanding of how providers sell—and how buyers can protect their interests. Think of it as a former prosecutor turned defense attorney for your technology investments.
